The British Furniture Manufacturers (BFM) has appointed AKA PR to handle its public and media relations plus social media to help raise its profile within the industry.
Furniture and furnishing specialists, Skipton-based AKA PR, has been established for over 20 years.
Said Jan Turner, director at AKA PR: “The BFM is one of the key industry bodies operating within the furniture sector providing services, vital information and support for members. We will aim to further raise its profile and develop its online needs.”

The British Furniture Manufacturers (BFM) is a trade association that has represented the interests of the British furniture industry for more than 65 years. It has a broad based membership covering domestic, contract, office and kitchen manufacturers as well as suppliers to the industry and retailers.
