Cook’s Club Launches Global Tour of Summer Events, Taking Off at Ialysos in Rhodes

· Lifestyle hotel brand launches ‘Cook’s Club Sessions’, a series of specialist events with a focus on music, food, drink and experience – key elements of the Cook’s Club experience
· Inaugural event marks Cook’s Club Ialysos Rhodes hotel’s first birthday

Cook’s Club, the innovative lifestyle hotel brand featuring 11 hotels across Europe, has announced the launch of a series of special events across its range of stylish, adults-only hotels, with each event carefully curated and hosted by experts in their fields.

Cook’s Club Sessions will launch in Ialysos, Rhodes, with a line-up of skilled mixologists, seasoned food experts, and renowned DJs providing the ultimate holiday experience for guests.

The sessions will involve food tasting with Food Concept Developer and winner of the TV show ‘The Taste’, Kristof Mulak, as well as mixology sessions to shake up expertly curated cocktails with Mixologist Bar Expert Johannes Scheidemann.

Guests will enjoy high-quality freshly prepared food by executive chefs, throughout the day and into the evening, before sipping on incredible cocktail creations and listening to beats by Berlin DJ, Sugar Jim Jr., as the sun sets and into the night.

The first event, which will take place on Wednesday 26th April, will be held to celebrate the first anniversary of Cook’s Club’s Ialysos hotel in Rhodes.

The 83-room, adults-only Cook’s Club Ialysos Rhodes hotel, which includes bungalows, private pool suites and some with their own private roof garden, opened last year in the vibrant, picturesque Ialysos area of northwest Rhodes.

Over the course of the summer, Cook’s Club Sessions will travel from Spain to the Red Sea, hosting exclusive events at each of the Cook’s Club hotels in the collection.

Cook’s Club Sessions will feature an exclusive event team, including:

  • David Wiedemann, Founder of Barworx Berlin and Brand Experience Manager of FTC Hotels – experienced and acclaimed in the bar catering business, David has trained many of the best bartenders and established many bars around Europe, including at prime Cook’s Club locations. 
  • Johannes Scheidemann, Mixologist Bar Expert – working in the industry for more than a decade, Johannes is extremely knowledgeable and has mastered his trade working for prestigious hotels in top cities from Berlin to London.
  • Kristof Mulak, Food Concept Developer and winner of TV show ‘The Taste’ – Kristof’s culinary skills saw him win the biggest cooking talent show in Germany, and go on to develop innovative restaurant concepts in multiple cities.
  • Ervin Horvat, also known as Sugar Jim Jr., DJ, Music Producer and Founder of music label Catural Recordings – after years of making incredible dance music, Sugar Jim Jr. set up his own independent music label based in Berlin, producing everything from electronic beats, house and techno to disco and downtempo tracks.

The Cook’s Club Sessions event in Ialysos, Rhodes is open to all guests staying at the hotel during the event, with tickets available for the workshops and meals. The evening parties will also be open to walk-in guests, depending on availability.
