Aparthotel Adagio Unveils Plans for New French Developments

Aparthotel Adagio, the leading brand for apartments in Europe has announced new French signings in Boulogne-Billancourt and Saint-Nazaire, as it continues its ambitious worldwide developmental plans.

This summer, the group will welcome a new property in Saint-Nazaire to its portfolio. Due to open in May, the three-star Adagio Access is part of a franchising agreement with Portner Invest. Located just 10 minutes from the town centre and the seaside resort of Saint-Marc-sur-Mer, the aparthotel will consist of 80 renovated apartments – some of which will have private outdoor terraces. Guests will also benefit from access to a gym and carpark.

 

Aparthotel Adagio Saint-Nazaire location is ideally placed for both business and leisure guests, key to the success of its economic model. The nearby salt marshes and Parc Naturel Régional de la Brière is sure to attract nature lovers and eco-tourists. Thousands of students are expected on the Digital Campus in 2022, adding a huge boost to the local economy. In addition, it will benefit from its proximity to the Saint-Nazaire’s business park, home to more than 70 companies and cutting-edge industries.

 

Aparthotel Adagio has also announced a new signing in Boulogne-Billancourt, with the brand entering into a management mandate with Kermen 768 for the development of the new property. Scheduled to open in the last quarter of 2022, the four-star aparthotel will be located in the dynamic Trapeze district near Billancourt metro station and the future Pont de Sèvres station.

 

Aparthotel Adagio Boulogne will boast 101 fully furnished apartments that can accommodate two to four people. The property will feature an outdoor space, sports hall, underground car park and common areas that open onto the city. The project is managed by First Avenue and is the result of a rehabilitation.

 

Commenting on the Boulogne-Billancourt announcement, Karim Malak, Managing Director of Adagio said:
