The LABS Collective’s ‘Beating Hearts’ Campaign

This Valentine’s Day, it’s less about love hearts, and more about healthy hearts with new campaign, Beating Hearts. From 14th February, Londoners can take part in the dynamic event line-up across the key themes, led by some of the biggest names in the industry. REST in a 45 minute guided meditation session, RACE with a morning run around Regents Park, NOURISH the heart with a healthy brunch, and get to KNOW with a talk about heart health. Sessions will take place across LABS campuses in Holborn and Camden, with hosts to be announced in due course.

Daisy Green Collection

This Valentine’s Day take a trip down under at Timmy Green in Victoria. Alongside 60-minutes of world-class burlesque and jazz there will also be an Antipodean menu designed for sharing including Spicy Tuna Tostadas with Avocado, Yuzu & Candied Chilli and Halloumi Fries with Pomegranate & Mint Yoghurt. Mains include Daisy Green favourites such as Crispy Chicken Parmigiana with Prosciutto, Mozzarella & San Marzano Tomato or 6—day dry-aged rare breed Ribeye Steak served with Truffle & Parmesan Fries. Finally, couples can indulge in Daisy Green’s Mars Bar Cheesecake to share for the ultimate night of opulence and seduction this Valentine’s Day.

The Kitchens

Celebrate the most romantic day of the year with a special four-course sharing menu available at all four of The Kitchens restaurants this 14th February. The contemporary menus are given an indulgent twist with each site offering a selection of their most loved dishes.

Highlights include: Monmouth Kitchen’s sizzling Smoked Lamb Cutlets with Red Anticucho (served on a hot lava stone), or the decadent Oven-baked Lobster & King Prawn with Chilli Herb Crust at Bloomsbury Street Kitchen. Also available will be Stone Bass with Crushed Andean Chilli Lime Sea Salt at Leicester Square Kitchen or Wild Mushroom Risotto with Truffle Oil & Italian Hard Cheese at May Fair Kitchen. To finish, each Kitchen will also be serving an indulgent Baked White Chocolate Cheesecake with Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial Sorbet, exclusive for Valentine’s Day 2020.
