A new ‘bistrology’ concept at the rebranded Emprata restaurant – one of five restaurants at the award-winning resort – heads the mouth-watering choice of culinary options available over the coming months.Overlooking the hotel gardens with the Atlantic Ocean providing the backdrop, Emprata’s new ‘bistrology’ menu is inspired by food offering authentic local flavours and dishes that have been designed to be shared in a unique and casual dining experience.
Guests can feast on an array of regional and seasonal products on a menu that is updated several times a year, with a selection of dishes featuring locally-sourced meat and fish among the options available.
Lavish cuisine is also on offer in abundance at the recently-renovated Oceano restaurant, while visitors can indulge their love of seafood at Mare, accompanied by the best wines and breath-taking views of the Atlantic.
With two 18-hole championship layouts including the stunning West Cliffs Golf Links – named ‘World’s Best New Golf Course’ at the 2017 World Golf Awards and one of the new stars of European golf – there’s also plenty to whet the appetites of golfers.
