With the recent opening of Galvin at The Athenaeum, brothers Chris & Jeff Galvin are now at the culinary helm throughout the hotel’s food and beverage offering, including the hotel’s luxury private dining capabilities. Expect tailor made sumptuous seven-course menus and delectable canapés inspired by classic British dishes that have been created exclusively from The Galvin Brothers for any number of guests.

From private celebrations, board meetings for 30 to cocktail parties for 100, The Hyde Park, St James’s Park and Green Park rooms offer flexible spaces and layouts. Corporate packages are tailor-made to suit individual requirements including important five-star services with large screen smart TVs, DVD and high speed Wi-Fi included as standard.
The newly re-designed Green Park and St James’s Park rooms provide the perfect backdrop for smaller gatherings, seating up to 10 people boardroom style or 12 for private dining. The Hyde Park room offers greater capacity and can be split into two separate meeting spaces or enjoyed in full, catering for parties up to 35 for a board meeting, 80 theatre style, 60 for private dining or 100 for a standing reception. All meeting rooms are fully air-conditioned with excellent acoustics and state of the art tech support and natural daylight.
An extended balcony Gallery now seamlessly connects the private meeting and event areas with an exclusive feel overlooking the entrance and ground floor. Providing the same modern reflection of The Athenaeum’s Art Deco heritage which is integral to the hotel’s new interior design, the Gallery is awash with quirky black and white photography prints and Pulp Fiction inspired artwork mixed with comfortable and high quality crafted furniture by designers including Burt Frank, Baxter and Moroso.

Day Delegate Rates start from £75 and include welcome tea and coffee, mid-morning refreshments, lunch served in either meeting room or restaurant, seasonal afternoon tea, meeting room hire and set up.
