The Restaurant Show returns with an impressive line-up for 2016

The Restaurant Show returns for the 28th year in 2016 on 3rd – 5th October and promises to be the highlight of the hospitality industry’s calendar, with access to over 450 exhibitors across 4 shows with just one badge, and a whole host of new features and live events.

Exciting live line-up

High on the list of this year’s exciting new features is the Liquid Hub, the show’s purpose-built drinks destination. This is the place for learning about the latest on-trade trends, from artisan gins to UK-grown wines, a series of experts will inspire and inform in a range of intimate live sessions. The onstage events will explore everything from Sake to new wines from unusual climates, offering the opportunity to meet with key brands and receive tailored expert advice.

Other live events at this year’s The Restaurant Show promise to be equally special, with impressive industry names set to take to the stage, including Phil Vickery, Theo Randall and Nuno Mendes. Also not to be missed on the main stage is the session on trend watching, where you can learn about the next big thing to take the industry by storm

Culinary stars compete

Adding to the excitement, the show will see a new National Chef of the Year crowned, following the tense live final on Tuesday 4th October. There’s a chance to find out the industry’s future stars as well, with the announcement of the new Young National Chef of the Year.

Key issues surrounding sustainability will also take centre stage with live events from the Sustainable Restaurant Association.
