Guy has a taste for the art of living and entertaining. This is what led him initially to study hotel management in Paris, followed with an MBA in Tourism at Zurich University. He began his career in 1988 in London, at Le Méridien Piccadilly Hotel.  In his 30-year career, Guy Bertaud has demonstrated passion, rigour and creativity that is essential for managing emblematic international hotels (Le Vendôme in Lebanon, Hôtel de Paris in Monaco, The H Dubai, Le Grand Hôtel in Bordeaux and Le Plaza Athénée and Le Shangri-La Hotel in Paris). Guys’s expertise and valuable knowledge of hospitality, combined with the group’s complementary experiences and precious human qualities are the heart of living and entertaining – qualities so prized by the Maisons Pariente hotel collection.
