Accentuating key dates in the festive calendar, the destination’s programme includes a family Christmas Eve Supper, Christmas Day Brunch, and a Boxing Day BBQ, all hosted at The Farmer’s Market. All menus have been consciously crafted, with natural and sustainable specialty ingredients forming the basis of dishes such as Langoustine Tartar with Jerusalem artichoke, apple, truffle, and Slow Cooked Lamb with parsnip, black olives and mint.
Following this, Six Senses Ibiza is set to welcome in the new-year with a spectacular trio of celebrations across the resort. The Farmer’s Market will play host to a family-friendly dinner complete with live music, the Tarin Bar’s Futurama Feast promises a taste of Ibiza’s future, and in The Live Cave, guests can dance into 2022 with a special performance by electronic duo Soloka.
Ensuring a restorative start to the year, Six Senses Ibiza’s ‘Rejuvenation Brunch’ on January 1st will offer an organic and nutritious menu of fresh salad sharers, with meat and wild fish options for the main dish.
