Global hotel management company, Valor Hospitality Partners has been appointed by Thailand based DTGO Prosperous Limited, contracted by DTP Infinities Corporation Limited, to manage all 17 United Kingdom hotels, following its recent acquisition of the portfolio.
Valor has signed a long-term agreement to continue to manage and asset manage the portfolio it successfully developed under the previous ownership.
The hotels, which cover the length and breadth of the UK from Scotland to Plymouth, are operated through a number of franchises including IHG’s Crowne Plaza and Hotel Indigo, Hilton’s DoubleTree and Garden Inn brands, and Marriott.
The new partnership with DTP in the UK complements Valor’s rapid global expansion in the United States, South Africa and, as announced earlier this year, into Asia and the Middle East. With a significant growth strategy, Valor is actively seeking further opportunities with multiple owners and ownership groups in order to continue the expansion of its management portfolio well into the future.
