The countdown is on to the start of The Masters and The QHotels Group is celebrating the first Major of the season in style, with two bumper golf breaks for 16 people up for grabs in ‘The 2021 QHotels Masters Challenge’.
Five-time winner Tiger Woods might be missing from this year’s line-up at Augusta, but the field will still be one of the strongest ever assembled at Augusta, led by defending champion Dustin Johnson.
Johnson was a popular choice to win in last year’s QHotels Masters Challenge but predicting his closest challengers proved an altogether tougher proposition and, with nobody correctly selecting the top three, The QHotels Group has rolled over the prize to this year’s tournament, which takes place in Georgia from April 8-11.
Two lucky people have the chance to take 15 of their golfing pals on a two-night golf holiday to one of the QHotels Group’s seven award-winning venues in England and Scotland, simply by predicting the top three in the correct order.
To be taken this summer, ‘The 2021 QHotels Masters Challenge’ prizes include three rounds of golf per person as well as bed-and-breakfast accommodation and dinner each night.
World number one Johnson recorded an emphatic five-stroke victory over Australian Cameron Smith and Korea’s Sungjae Im when the rescheduled 2020 Masters was finally staged at Augusta last November.
All three are sure to have their fans when they return to Augusta to contest the 85th edition of golf’s most iconic tournament while a host of previous Masters champions will be targeting another Green Jacket including Jordon Spieth, Bubba Watson, Phil Mickelson and Sergio Garcia.
Rory McIlroy will be hoping to put a disappointing start to 2021 behind him as he aims to finally complete his career ‘Grand Slam’, while reigning US Open champion Bryson DeChambeau is sure to be the centre of attention again following his big-hitting displays over the last year.
The QHotels Group – the UK’s largest golf resort operator – manages seven top golf resorts in England and Scotland: Belton Woods, in Grantham, Lincolnshire; Dunston Hall, in Norwich; Oulton Hall, Leeds; Slaley Hall, in Hexham, Northumberland; Telford Hotel & Golf Resort, in Shropshire; DoubleTree by Hilton Forest Pines Spa & Golf Resort, in Brigg; and DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow Westerwood Spa & Golf Resort.
