DoubleTree by Hilton has opened its 25th hotel in the UK, as guests were welcomed to its new Nottingham hotel on Wednesday.
DoubleTree by Hilton Nottingham – Gateway, which consists of 105 bedrooms and suites and includes 250 parking spaces, modern en suite shower rooms, and free Wi-Fi, has undergone a renovation since 2013 with an estimated investment of £5.5m.
The hotel is operated under a franchise agreement with Exceptional Resorts and Hotels which will manage the hotel.
John Greenleaf, global head at DoubleTree by Hilton, said, “Having introduced DoubleTree by Hilton to the strategic UK market in 2008 it is a great pleasure to welcome DoubleTree by Hilton Nottingham – Gateway to our portfolio, marking our 25th trading hotel.
