LAS VEGAS (Feb. 12, 2020) – True Food Kitchen, the award-winning, seasonally inspired restaurant and bar known for pioneering health-driven dining, has officially planted roots on the Las Vegas Strip at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace.
The opening also marks the debut of the brand’s first ever True Bar, a standalone scratch-bar and lounge featuring freshly pressed juices, organic teas and natural refreshers, such as the Sparkling Prickly Pear Tisane, the Hangover Rx and Kale Aid, as well as a seasonal lineup of handcrafted cocktails, wine and beer.

THE FIRST LAS VEGAS STRIP LOCATION
With nearly 11,000square feet of dining space, the new location features an indoor patio and lively dining room, two themed private dining rooms and an open kitchen designed to bring guests closer to the restaurant’s culinary craft. The new space showcases elevated décor that will blend elements True Food Kitchen guests know and love with unique touches exclusive to Las Vegas.
Natural design features, colors and light as well as ample greenery greet guests the moment they enter. Visitors can also look forward to encountering eco-friendly materials, such as dining chairs made from recycled soda bottles, as well as garden basins brimming with fresh herbs and spices.
True Food Kitchen’s healthful, flavor-forward menu will rotate seasonally to allow guests to experience produce at the peak of its freshness and flavor. The Forum Shops location features distinctive lunch, dinner and weekend brunch menus offering a variety of crave-able, seasonal dishes, such as the new Winter Immunity bowl, Creamy Tomato Fennel Soup, Fig & Gorgonzola Flatbread and Edamame Guacamole. The menu will also feature inventive, seasonal beverages, such as the Causemo cocktail—made with organic vodka, prickly pear, and lime—and the Highland Mule, made from malt whiskey, house-made ginger honey and lemon.
The diverse menu will celebrate variety and cater to every food preference with an assortment of delicious vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Seasonal dishes will join perennial signature dishes such as the Ancient Grains Bowl, Spaghetti Squash Casserole, Organic Tuscan Kale Salad, and the Unbeetable Burger.
THE FIRST TRUE BAR
The first-of-its-kind True Bar will sit adjacent to the restaurant offering the full dining & beverage menu featuring selections for detox—and retox. True Bar will “float” above The Forum Shops’ existing, opulent Reflecting Pool, nestled beneath the iconic, freestanding spiral escalator. Natural elements adorn True Bar, which offers stylish lounge seating for up to 66 guests and reception groups up to 94. True Bar is designed to be a desirable destination for events of all sizes and formats with multiple seating configurations in the 937+-square-foot space.
TRUE FOOD KITCHEN PRIVATE DINING ROOMS
The restaurant features several group dining options, each providing a beautiful setting for a variety of unique private events. - Through the restaurant’s entrance and main dining room’s striking, suspended “Be True” wire sculpture is The Garden of Eden private dining room. The larger of the two private dining rooms, this space accommodates 44 seated guests and 73 reception-style in 730 square feet featuring mod, garden-inspired décor that can be partitioned into two smaller rooms for intimate gatherings. This ultimate horticulturalist hideout features hanging ferns and tumbling philodendrons, flanked by industrial décor and exposed ducts.
- Planted firmly inside the restaurant, The Greenhouse is a leafy-yet-edgy private dining hideaway. The 389 square-foot, vibrantly styled retreat features marble tables and green banquettes with mod-imalist seating and lush vegetation décor for 28 seated guests or up to 50 reception-style.
- The Terrace offers 998 square feet of event space seating up to 31 guests and 50 guests reception-style for any type of event or meeting. This indoor patio with views of The Forum Shops’ reflecting pool and spiral escalator is located at the front of the restaurant and is designed to offer an al fresco-inspired dining experience with butcher block tables and comfortable seating.
