Bill’s Restaurant & Bar, at intu Trafford Centre, is set for a new look as it undergoes a stylish relaunch in September 2019.
Famed for its friendly, welcoming atmosphere and seasonal offering, Bill’s will transform its Trafford Centre restaurant and bar with a striking new interior. Enhancing the Bill’s experience, the redesign will include modern décor, with vibrant colours, luxurious velvet seating and stunning chandeliers. Quirky touches and vintage finds, hand selected by Bill himself, will complete the look.
A shopper’s retreat, Bill’s Trafford Centre is already a local favourite. Bill’s will come to life in the evening, with vibrant cocktails and delicious dinner specials each night. Lunches are not to be missed, with a selection of lunch plates and Bill’s signature burger of the week. Guests can also pop in for a breakfast; Bill’s offers a proud selection of healthy and indulgent options.
This glamourous new restyle will position Bill’s as a go-to destination in the evening, from cosy booths to sociable sharing tables, there will be something for everyone at the new-look site whatever the time of day. The new space will accommodate up to 92 covers, including terrace dining.
Open all day, seven days a week, Bill’s relaxed, homely vibe welcomes guests to take a seat at the bar to sip on new and signature cocktails and dine on indulgent British classics and trusted, fresh plant-based alternatives. The food is at the roots of every Bill’s restaurant, with menus nurtured for the seasons.
As this new reveal launches, delicious seasonal menu additions at Bill’s Trafford Centre include Bill’s Beer Battered Cod, with pea purée, tartare sauce and fries, and Warm Strawberry Dusted Doughnuts, dusted with strawberry sugar and served with fresh strawberries and warm white chocolate sauce. The new set dinner menu will be £17.50 for 2 courses and £20.50 for 3 courses, Sunday-Thursday from 5pm.
Founded by Sussex greengrocer Bill Collison, Bill’s has always stayed true to its roots. Commenting on the renovation, Bill said: “We have an amazing space here, and the restaurant is a popular spot, but we felt it deserved to be something a little more special. We have a fantastic a la carte dinner menu and we wanted the restaurant to reflect that. This new-look Bill’s will be somewhere where our guest can enjoy dinner and drinks in the evening, in a very beautiful setting.”
The new Bill’s Restaurant & Bar Trafford Centre will be closed for refurbishment from Monday 2nd September and will reopen in all its glory on Friday 6th September at 9am.
