UK based Sproutd Foods on stand US77 will be showcasing their high quality freshly sprouted products who’s versatility can instantly boost your menu. Whilst, for a sweeter treat, head over to stand UW70 to sample the delicious wares from The Handmade Cake Company Ltd including a vegan, gluten free blackcurrant crumble slice.
The show will see a vast array of craft beers and ales on display, including Black Storm Brewery on stand UH60. Visit this independent British brewery’s stand to sample their palate-forward real ales, available in bottles, cans, kegs and casks.
Interior Inspiration
Refreshing your interior is as important as refreshing your menu, and as always there’s a world of interiors inspiration to explore at The Restaurant Show.
Andy Thornton Ltd on stand GG29 have been exhibiting at The Restaurant Show for more than 25 years and this year are launching a new 386 page catalogue at the event filled, filled with inspiration for your contract furniture and lighting. Meanwhile for that on-trend, rustic look, check out RoughStuff on stand UN19, the company’s boards and food displays are simple by design, natural and handmade. These boards are unique, made from a single piece of English oak, kiln-dried to a set moisture level and treated with anti-bacterial food safe oil.
Crucial catering equipment
If you’ve ever wanted to learn more about modernist cooking techniques, from sous vide to using a smoking gun, then the sought-after Modernist Culinary Demonstration is a must. Demonstrations take place twice daily on the SousVide Tools stand GC21, under the direction of two award-winning development chefs.
