As Chester’s only 5* hotel and home to the only Michelin-starred restaurant in Cheshire, it is no surprise that The Chester Grosvenor hosts some of the finest events in the North West. Credentials of this level would ordinary deter regional and national charities, however, The Chester Grosvenor, this week announces the launch of its Not-for-Profit packages with a Charity Open Day, to be held on Tuesday 4th July.
With more than 200,000 registered charities across the UK all vying for support, securing attendees for fundraising events, at the right location, at the right price can be a challenge. Famed for its history, quality, style and exemplary service levels, The Chester Grosvenor is an iconic institution that few people refuse an invitation to. As such, the management team is keen to work with charities to host events of all levels, launching its Not-For-Profit packages, which offer charities a variety of event options; from Afternoon Teas for up to 50 people to fully catered ‘Dine & Dance’ events for up to 190 guests.
Opening up elements of the hotel that are not ordinarily available to view by the general public, The Chester Grosvenor will be offering prospective charities a guided tour of the historic building and its elegant event suites on Tuesday 4th July over two, two hour sessions at 8am and 12pm. Attendees will enjoy freshly baked pastries and tea of coffee in the morning, whilst afternoon attendees will enjoy sandwiches, dainty cakes and light refreshments.
Sales Manager, Joanne Tipper, comments: “The Chester Grosvenor has been working with some outstanding charities over the years, raising a great deal of money, but we were conscious that there were many that would be interested in working with us but feel that we are slightly out of reach. We have put some extremely exciting Not-for-Profit packages together, that we know will appeal to a broad range of organisations through the region and the UK as a whole. Our offering is totally unique and extremely adaptable. As such, we look forward to welcoming people to our Charity Open Day and letting them see for themselves what packages we have available and how we can work together.”
Throughout the Charity Open Day, the dedicated Chester Grosvenor events team will be on hand to discuss any fundraising plans or requirements. People wishing to attend the event can register through Eventbrite here, email [email protected] or call: 01244 895 615 for further information. Registration for the event needs to be completed by Monday 26th June.
