FEEFO Appoints Head Of Customer Success And Opens London Office

Feefo, the leading ratings and reviews provider, has appointnted Ben Clarke-Smith as Head of Customer Success and will be expanding the companies international footprint with a brand new London office.

Clarke-Smith brings with him a bredth of experience from his previous client servicing roles at GAPbuster Worldwide and Ultimate Feed as well as sales related positions at Groupon and Yahoo UK.

Clarke-Smith has been brought on board to ensure that each customer touch point results in seamless integration, undertake dedicated account reviews and offer a support system that ensures success.

My newly created role as Head of Customer Success is to ensure that the success of our customers is at the forefront of everything our Onboarding, Account Management and Support teams do.  This will enhance our clients’ ability to listen, respond and build trust with their customers, helping them to build their business, see improved retention and increase onsite and in-store sales volumes.” said Ben Clarke-Smith.

While Ben will be located at head office, the new location in London Bridge, follows the company’s expansion into the US earlier this year to accommodate heavy recruitment which plans to increase staffing by almost 50% by the end of the year.

Feefo’s global headquarters in the UK were established in 2010 and have grown exponentially. The UK operation now has over 70 staff and works with over 2000 merchants globally. In recent years Feefo has significantly grown its business across the US and Europe and has continually growing prospects in the region. The Asian and Australasian business has also seen good growth in the same period.

Current merchants include a wide range of traditional and online retail companies; Charles Tyrwhitt, The White Company, Moss Bros, Hitachi and Expedia. The Sunday Times Tech Track recently cited Feefo in their Top 10 ‘Ones to Watch’.

Feefo has offices in London, Petersfield, Boston, Hong Kong and Australia.
