The BCFA’s 2015 regional networking programme kicked off in Glasgow last Wednesday (4th March). The event saw 120 BCFA members and their guests travel from Glasgow, and further afield, to network with industry colleagues at The Flying Scotsman at the five-storey, Grade A-listed Corinthian Club.
Wednesday was the first of seven events which the BCFA is holding throughout 2015. The next will take place on 24th March in the Conservatory and Garden Room at the Barbican Centre and the programme will visit Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh and other destinations throughout the year.
Colin Watson, Managing Director of the BCFA commented; ‘With so many new faces in attendance on Wednesday and a host of new names to add to address books, it is clear that business is booming in Scotland. The event provided the opportunity for guests to meet like-minded people, discuss industry issues and build on the positives.”
Networking guest, Mark Poulain of Roca said; ‘The BCFA Networking events are always worth attending. As well as delicious food and drink and stunning surroundings, they provide an invaluable opportunity to network with current clients, a host of potential suppliers, architects and designers in a relaxed and non-pressurised environment.’
