NEW YORK – 14North, the newest restaurant at The Harbor Club, located in Rodney Bay, Saint Lucia, has officially opened to the public. This new restaurant concept is part of the hotel’s mission to become the top lifestyle destination of Saint Lucia.
Helmed by Executive Chef Fritz Zwahlen, the menu at 14North blends Eastern Caribbean and Asian flavors that promise to delight the palate. To complement the dining experience, Chef Fritz has curated a wine list and selection of cocktails. The restaurant is named for the 14th parallel north which passes through Saint Lucia just south of Castries.

Sitting atop the tallest building in Rodney Bay, 14North invites diners to marvel at the scenery of the luscious Saint Lucian hills and crystal clear Caribbean blue waters. Signature dishes on the menu include the Conch Ceviche, Spicy Chili Lobster, Korean Spice Lamb Chops and Chilean Sea Bass marinated with yuzu miso.
Chef Fritz Zwahlen joined the team in August 2019. Over the last three decades, Chef Fritz has led culinary teams at renowned properties such as Carillon Miami Beach Wellness Resort, Amanyara in Turks and Caicos, and the Amangala Resort in Sri Lanka. His culinary prowess has earned him global acclaim, and with over two decades of experience in the luxury resort industry, Chef Zwahlen is uniquely poised to make The Harbor Club a culinary destination.
14North is one of five dining options available at The Harbor Club which including Julia’s, the Sushi Bar, Dockside Pizzeria and 7th Heaven Bakery. The Harbor Club, which was built in 2017 and renovated in 2018 when entrepreneur Wes Hall purchased it, is part of the Curio Collection by Hilton and offers 115 rooms and suites.
