Falcon’s Nest Villa
Peter Island’s “rock star” villa is perched high on the hillside offering stunning views of White Bay Beach and unforgettable Caribbean sunsets. This Barcelona-style villa is 21,645 square-feet and accommodates up to 12 guests with 6 bedroom suites, 7 baths and 3 half baths within a complex consisting of a main villa and two mini-villas. The outdoor entertainment space showcases a dramatic waterfall, large infinity pool, dipping pool, kitchen bar & grill area and a large outdoor whirlpool. The main villa features a grand room with a striking cathedral ceiling, media room, dining room, two kitchens, fitness room, and 2 2,250 square foot master suite bedrooms, with own office and oversized bathroom with Jacuzzi tubs. Rental of Falcon’s Nest on the full service rate includes all meals, a private chef, housekeeper, butler and a chauffeured vehicle. Estate only rates include a chauffeured vehicle.
Crow’s Nest Villa
Elegantly laid back, Crow’s Nest is a Santa Barbara-style villa on a cliff top with panoramic views of the surrounding Virgin Islands. The villa accommodates up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms, including a master suite. Each has its own entrance, verandas-with-a-view, and spacious bathrooms with 2 person deep soaking jacuzzi tubs and large walk-in showers. The villa’s open floor plan communal spaces include a media room, floor-to-ceiling windowed grand room, indoor dining area, enclosed patio, and a well-equipped gourmet kitchen. North and south facing outdoor areas have a swimming pool on one side, and dipping pool on the other with an outdoor grill, bar and dining area for al fresco meals with spectacular views. Rental of Crow’s Nest on the full service rate includes all meals, a private chef, housekeeper, butler and a chauffeured vehicle.
Hawk’s Nest Villa
Hawk’s Nest is a Caribbean-style villa for up to 6- 8 guests overlooking the resort’s mega-yacht marina and Deadman’s Bay, one of the Caribbean’s best beaches. Loft ceilings and expansive windows give this 3,626 square-foot villa a serene and airy feel. Perfect for families with 3 large bedrooms each with its own bathroom, and a separate apartment downstairs, Hawk’s Nest is conveniently located to the resort’s main lobby, Tradewinds restaurant, the resort pool, mega-yacht marina and Deadman’s Beach. The villa also has a private, oversized sundeck and dipping pool.
Each villa is available fully staffed including all meals, or at ‘estate-only’ rates that include the villa and daily housekeeping. Estate-only rentals can be customised by adding á la carte extras such as a personal chef, valet and/or chauffeured vehicle at an additional charge.

Peter Island Resort & Spa is offering a Month-long (28 days), fully staffed villa rental with all meals for 6 guests from $43,400 (*£26,184) – also at a saving of 50% versus regular nightly rates.
These villa rates are subject to an 18% tax and service charge. Additional guests may be added at an incremental rate. Nightly, 2-week, 3-week and extended stays beyond 4 weeks are also available pending availability.
