Award-winning luxury wellness CBD brand OTO has announced The Coniston in Yorkshire as its first partner to launch its new spa offering from mid-Spring 2021.
This follows OTO’s recent entry to the spa market with the introduction of its immersive CBD sensory spa experiences, as accredited by CIBTAC.
As developed by OTO’s Head of Spa Helen Cain, guests can expect sensory CBD-infused massage experiences that combine CBD products and massage oils with the use of sound therapy and the art of crystal that work to deliver physiological and physical effects. The Focus, Amplify and Balance treatments are designed to help recipients find space in a challenging world.

The Coniston Hotel Country Estate & Spa is an award-winning destination hotel, located in Coniston Cold, near Skipton on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales.
The Coniston’s Nàdarra Spa, which means ‘natural’ in Scottish Gaelic is currently undergoing an exciting new development and will soon feature two infinity pools with commanding views across the 1,400-acre estate; a lake view terrace with relaxed seating, fire pits and a covered outdoor bar; a 15m indoor swimming pool, a thermal experience including an infrared sauna, Finnish sauna, Himalayan sauna, aromatherapy steam room, indoor bubble pool and ice fountain; as well as a luxury couples suite including a double spa bath and mud rasul.
A spectacular private spa garden will also be created complete with a relaxation pod, loungers and two outdoor baths boasting the most incredible views that will allow guests to reconnect with both nature and themselves.
Guests can enjoy the OTO CBD massage experience as a stand-alone treatment, or as part of a luxurious spa day or a restful spa stay.

Treatment Overview
As part of a fully OTO immersive experience, each treatment begins with a shot of an OTO CBD Seltzer, followed by a 60 or 90 minute massage using targeted CBD oils with unique and beautifully curated soundscapes to allow the recipient to completely surrender to the treatment, with the use of crystals alongside.
All treatments are offered in 60 minute and 90 minute treatment options.
OTO AMPLIFY Signature CBD Massage Experience
Clear the mind and cleanse the spirit.
Designed to ease muscular tension, a bamboo roller is used to work on the deeper levels of the muscle whilst chamomile will aid with any back pain and acts as an anti-inflammatory. CBD has many therapeutic properties in a massage, achieving muscular relaxation quickly, with the aim to balance homeostasis and ensure the body’s response to stress is managed well. This treatment also combines the art of crystal with the use of red Jasper which has strong grounding energies.

OTO FOCUS CBD Massage Experience
Designed to clarify, fortify and energise, this full body massage will revive the senses to bring guests back into the “present”.
The warming scent of ginger has anti-inflammatory properties and can be soothing on digestive upset. The grounding properties of black pepper helps to boost the body’s natural defenses and ease aching muscles. Frankincense, with comforting properties can help calm a busy mind, reducing the feelings of anxiety and improving your concentration levels. CBD has many therapeutic properties in a massage, achieving muscular relaxation quickly, with the aim to balance homeostasis and ensure the body’s response to stress is managed well. Combining the art of crystal with the use of aventurine also has harmonising properties.
