Victorian House Hotel, Cumbria
Opening in February 2020, Victorian House Hotel will be nestled in the town of Grasmere. From the team behind the
much-loved Georgian House Hotel in London, this new venture in the Lake District will see overflowing character and
charm alongside considered and eclectic details. The classic Victorian building will be injected with modern romantic design
elements to complement original features, creating an informal yet welcoming environment. With 19 individually designed
bedrooms and open-plan shared spaces, the hotel will bring thoughtful and contemporary hospitality to the Lake District.
Hope Street Hotel, Liverpool
A transformative development of Liverpool’s original boutique hotel, Hope Street Hotel, is to open in Spring 2020. The
award-winning, independent city hotel will be extending into and building upon the adjacent 1851 Grade II premises,
originally the Royal School for the Blind, seamlessly combining some of Liverpool’s best heritage architecture with a
contemporary guest experience. Using distinctive and complex architecture alongside connected interior design, Hope
Street Hotel’s new development will add new rooms and suites, a spa and swimming pool, a private cinema, a new gym
and a new fifth-floor event space with two terraces overlooking different sides of the city.
