Champagne Lanson is to celebrate its 42ND-associated partnership year with the world’s most respected international tennis tournament, The Championships, Wimbledon.

As the Official Champagne Partner, an accolade Champagne Lanson has held exclusively for 18 years, since 2001, Lanson is available exclusively in all the bars and hospitality marquees within the grounds of The All England Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club, as well as in key Lanson bars, restaurants and hotels accounts, as part of Champagne Lanson’s ongoing ‘Wimbledon-themed’ marketing activation programme which will include bespoke Lanson glassware to reflect Lanson’s ‘Serve with Style’ campaign in over 100 premium on-premise activations around the country, making the summer season yet another key highlight for the luxury Champagne brand.

And that’s not all… the multi-award-winning Champagne House will officially launch its Vintage Lanson Gold Label 2009 at The Championships, Wimbledon on July 1. This exquisite Cuvée will be exclusively available to purchase from Hedonism Wines, the specialist wine emporium, RRP £55.80, from July 1.

For those wishing to retain a keepsake, Lanson’s limited edition tennis racket-themed neoprene bottle cooler jackets will, once again, be one of this year’s highlights. The 2019 limited edition bottle cooler jacket will feature miniature tennis rackets with the official All England Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club’s logo in the centre of each racket design, which will be available to purchase in pink or green. The limited edition neoprene bottle cooler jackets have been specially designed to keep your Champagne bottle chilled for up to two hours.

Paul Beavis, Managing Director, Champagne Lanson International says: “We are thrilled to have had our 42nd-associated partnership extended for a further five years. As a brand that embodies excellence, innovation and celebrates achievements, we continue to be proud of our unique partnership with the All England Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club. This will be our 18th-year as exclusive and Official Champagne Suppliers and we are proud of this achievement.”

Beavis continues: “We are absolutely thrilled to be continuing our long-standing – and very happy – relationship with everyone involved with this international Tournament. This is undoubtedly the world’s finest tennis event. It is very exciting to be able to continue to be a part of the Wimbledon story and we have ambitious plans to build on its success. We always love to bring something new to the annual event. Last year we launched our Lanson Green Label Brut Organic Champagne – this year, we are thrilled that our guests will be able to enjoy our quite special Vintage Lanson Gold Label 2009. It will be a prestigious addition to our existing offering at The Championships, Wimbledon.”

Beavis concludes: “We know that once our unique style of Champagne is tried by customers, they often become advocates. Our annual neoprene bottle jackets complements our traditional Black and Rose Label bottles and we are proud to keep up with the tradition and have a new cooler jacket for collectors to appreciate. They also provide an instant gift solution for everyone throughout the summer garden party season. We hope to build on this and through our other fun activities in retail outlets and with our premium on-premise clients.”

Champagne Lanson’s highly anticipated tennis racket-themed neoprene 75cl bottles are available in Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Co-Op, Morrisons, Waitrose and Ocado. Selfridges will also be selling Lanson’s exclusive half bottle neoprene bottles as well as Lanson’s miniature 20cl bottles from June 28th 2019. The Championships, Wimbledon runs from 1-14 July 2019.
