RAISE A TOAST TO YORKSHIRE DAY WITH NEW ROSE GIN

RAISE A TOAST TO YORKSHIRE DAY WITH NEW ROSE GIN

Award-winning gin producer Raisthorpe Manor is launching a new rose gin – in time to mark Yorkshire Day on 1 August.

Made with unique botanicals including natural rose extract, the gin has a beautiful pink hue and a subtle, refined taste, making the perfect summer drink when paired with a premium tonic. If you wish to add to the floral theme, it is delicious served with elderflower tonic.

Raisthorpe founder Julia Medforth says: “The rose flower is synonymous with Yorkshire so what better way to mark our county’s special day than with a uniquely made rose gin.

“Our new rose gin complements beautifully our best-selling sweet violet gin – perfect for summer days on the patio.”

The rose gin is part of Raisthorpe’s innovative stacker collection of its award-winning gins, ports and vodkas. The stackers are individual interlocking 20cl bottles.

Customers can choose a top bottle and as many bottoms as they like to create a stack of their favourite Raisthorpe botanical flavours. The rose gin comes as a stacker bottom.

Raisthorpe Manor Fine Foods produces a range of award-winning gin, vodka and whisky from its base at Wharram. Other products include ports, chocolates, hampers and gifts.

Products are made using only the finest (locally sourced where possible) ingredients and have won seven Great Taste Awards. Two of its liqueurs are currently stocked in the cocktail bars of Harvey Nichols nationwide.

Raisthorpe is preparing to celebrate its 10th anniversary later this year.

Available from independent retailers throughout the country or via the Raisthorpe website, the rose gin costs £14 for a 20cl bottle.
