Luxury boutique London hotel Flemings Mayfair has appointed Paul Rafferty as Hotel Manager, a brand new position within the company.
Joining Flemings in 2013 as Rooms Division Manager, Paul brought a wealth of experience from previous positions including Front of House Manager at the Courthouse Hotel where Paul supervised hotel re-branding, and Reception Manager at Sofitel London Heathrow, where he acted as Head of Department.
Paul will now be accountable for the smooth running of operations as well as introducing new and existing clients. Paul will also act as deputy for the General Manager Henrik Muehle and work closely with Michelin-awarded chef Shaun Rankin and his team at the hotel’s destination restaurant, Ormer Mayfair.
Paul commented: “After four years at Flemings, I am hugely excited to be stepping into this new role at the hotel. With the help of my team, I will ensure we maintain an unparalleled level of customer service and I look forward to finding new ways to innovate personalised guest experiences.”
