Five-star boutique hotel The Arch London is now serving Seedlip, the hottest new alcohol-free spirit to hit the UK’s top bars.
Seedlip is the world’s first distilled non-alcoholic spirit brand, which is the solution to the ‘what-to-drink-when-you’re-not-drinking’ dilemma. Seedlip contains zero calories and is sugar, sweetener and artificial flavour-free.
The Arch London is serving six sophisticated non-alcoholic blends from Seedlip. Short drinks include Seedlip Spice Sour, Seedlip Raspberry Martini, Seedlip Around the Clock and Seedlip Garden Sour; while the selection of long drinks consists of Seedlip Lemon and Seedlip Spice & Tonic.
Example concoctions include the Seedlip Raspberry Martini, a blend of Seedlip Spice 94 with raspberry puree, dash of sugar and a lemon twist garnish. There is also a refreshing Seedlip Around the Clock, a mix of Seedlip Garden 108 with elderflower cordial and cucumber syrup.
There are two Seedlip non-alcoholic spirits including Seedlip Spice 94, a spirit with earthy and woody notes with individual distillates of oak, cascarilla bark, cardamom and lemon. The Seedlip Garden 108 is a green and floral spirit with individual distillates of hay, pea, spearmint, rosemary and thyme.
Seedlip mocktails are priced from £8 and are now available at Hunter 486, the glamorous bar and restaurant located within five-star boutique hotel The Arch London.
Seedlip is served in the UK’s most renowned venues including The Savoy, Sexy Fish, Chiltern Firehouse, The Hand and Flowers and The Fat Duck and is exclusively available in Harvey Nichols, Fortnum & Mason and Selfridges.
Named after the 1950s dialling code for Marylebone, Hunter 486 has been designed with an air of nostalgic London glamour fused with contemporary touches. The restaurant features gleaming leather booths, blown glass chandeliers and statement artwork, plus an adjoining chic Salon de Champagne bar.
