Nigel’s new menu is set to tantalise foodies, guests and locals alike, drawing on influences from his Norfolk heritage, bringing a fresh new look to his award-winning food.
Both stunning in presentation and taste, Nigel’s well recognised cuisine continues to push the boundaries of some of the best in modern British food. Nigel has been awarded three AA Rosettes for outstanding service and food at THIRTY SIX, where he strives to serve dishes which are created using the finest quality seasonal and where possible, locally sourced produce from his local suppliers, to create a fine dining experience for all tastes.
Nigel’s burning ambition to become one of Britain’s top chefs began as a young child growing up in Norfolk, where he would spend his summers on sandy beaches clam-picking and crabbing, before going home to cook with his mother, his creative mentor in the kitchen. Drawing inspiration for THIRTY SIX’s new rustic menu from his Norfolk background, Nigel uses hearty and authentic flavours meticulously prepared with exciting modern flair.
