LA PRAIRIE'S FIRST EVER HOTEL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

June 2014 – The world’s first La Prairie boutique opened its doors in the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz, Switzerland, on 10th June 2014. The new La Prairie universe allows guests to pamper themselves with the La Prairie’s Spa treatments, which are available in the hotel’s own “36.5 ° Wellbeing & Thermal Spa”, as well as immersing themselves in the entire La Prairie product range. An all-round experience that combines total indulging with a boutique full of products to exalt all senses and keep guests looking eternally young.

Specialist beauty consultants now provide guests with customised advice in the new La Prairie boutique. Located in the spa foyer, the 18m2 boutique showcases the prestigious cosmetics collection, which is specifically tailored for different skin types.

“We are extremely proud to have opened our first ever La Prairie boutique in a hotel in Switzerland, birthplace of La Prairie”, explains Werner Dirks, General Manager of La Prairie Switzerland. “We have been working together with the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz successfully since 2000. The new La Prairie beauty world in the hotel caters to all their guests’ desires. It provides an even greater level of personal service and allows customers to immerse themselves in the La Prairie universe whilst travelling.”

A ceremonial ribbon-cutting ceremony held on 10th June 2014 officially opened the La Prairie boutique in the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz, which is located amid invigorating mountain scenery. “The way in which the La Prairie boutique complements the well-being and beauty facilities of our spa is exceptional and underlines the emphasis that the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz places on individuality, fine details, quality and authenticity – on all levels,“ explains Peter P. Tschirky, CEO of the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz.

The Swiss beauty oasis is located in the popular holiday area, Heidiland, in eastern Switzerland, and has been rated and recommended several times by international media.

The La Prairie boutique in the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz is open every day, from 8 am to 7 pm.
